Legal Disclaimer & Liability Boundaries
This disclaimer clarifies the precision limitations of computerized regional speech synthesis, non-endorsement terms, and educational-use safe harbor policies.
Synthetic Speech Nature
All generated speech is fully computerized. No human vocalizations are recorded or broadcast in real-time. Natural variations are to be expected.
No Input Endorsement
Bol India is a neutral tool. We do not inspect, edit, endorse, or verify any textual inputs. Creators bear complete responsibility for voice contexts.
Educational Focus
Designed as a non-commercial literacy catalyst. Speech contours are suited for instruction, storytelling, and general vernacular content creation.
Safe-Harbor Shield
Operating under Section 79 of the IT Act (India). Immediate action is taken to block abusive IP nodes upon receiving valid likeness infringement claims.
General Disclaimer & Non-Endorsement
The information, digital vocal syntheses, translations, text conversions, pronunciation modifications, and media files created, hosted, generated, or exported on or compile-tested through Bol India (collectively, the “Platform Services”) are offered strictly as digital language rendering tools.
Bol India, its code developers, contributors, and managing volunteers of the AR Foundation network, operate purely as a passive, neutral technology provider. Under international cyber directives and local IT statutes, we do not monitor, curate, review, write, edit, or endorse any user-supplied text scripts, prompts, phonetics, SSML tags, translation materials, or dynamic parameters.
Any editorial standpoint, opinion, factual assertion, ideological position, or structural statement expressed in the synthesized voice outputs belongs exclusively and entirely to the individual user who initiated the synthesis event. Bol India disclaims all editorial responsibility for outputs generated via user scripts.
AI Speech Synthesis Quality & Precision Limits
Users must acknowledge that the Platform Services leverage complex, probabilistic artificial intelligence neural weight matrices, vernacular speech tokenizers, and dialect modulations.
Because AI-driven speech synthesis is fundamentally experimental and statistical:
- Natural Variability: Audio wave profiles generated from identical textual strings can vary between sessions based on mathematical seed updates, localized caching mechanisms, and system updates. We make no guarantee of identical outputs.
- Pronunciation Errors ("AI Hallucinations"): The neural voices will occasionally mispronounce words, ignore specialized punctuation rules, render inappropriate stress contours, or falter when parsing complex acronyms, loanwords, or multi-lingual texts (Hinglish/hybrid terms).
- Syllable Deletion & Glitches: Occasional acoustic anomalies, including vocal clicking, background hissing, static noise peaks, and syllable drops are inherent technical characteristics of synthetic engines. Such defects are expected system artifacts, not platform errors.
Likeness, Identity Representation & Safety Constraints
Bol India offers generalized, generic vocal models corresponding to popular regional dialect styles (Hindi, Hinglish, Bhojpuri, Maithili, etc.). These preset characters are entirely fictional synthetic fabrications.
Coincidental Resemblance Policy
Any acoustic resemblance between our synthetic voice profiles and the vocal characteristics, dynamic accentuation, pitch contour, or general speech likeness of any real, recognizable person (including public actors, political leaders, journalists, content creators, or deceased historical figures) is completely coincidental, unintentional, and unintended. Our voices are abstract neural averages trained to represent general regional dialects.
Users are strictly warned that utilizing any audio outputs to synthetically impersonate individuals, execute deceptive voice cloning (deepfaking), orchestrate online telecommunications scams, or construct material containing fraudulent financial, medical, or government identity claims is standard grounds for blocking of IP addresses and reporting to regulatory and law enforcement entities.
Intellectual Property & Digital Safe Harbor Standards
Bol India respects intellectual property rights and acts as an intermediary under national digital safe-harbor legal provisions (including Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, in India).
Under these safe-harbor standards:
- Your Material Liability: You assert that you possess the full copyright, licensing, or fair-use authorizations for all text materials you enter into our browser editors. Bol India accepts no accountability for copyright infringements, intellectual property disputes, or likeness challenges resulting from user-submitted text scripts.
- Takedown Protocols: If you discover that a user has synthesized materials that violate your copyrighted properties or likeness rights, please notify our team instantly at aragency51@gmail.com with complete legal proof of ownership. We resolve verifiable complaints within compliant timelines under safe-harbor rules.
Third-Party Platforms, Integrations & Distribution
The Platform Services may link to, host, or integrate third-party APIs, CDNs, or external speech synthesis clusters which are not owned or operated by Bol India.
If you choose to distribute your voice files to third-party environments (such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, educational portals, or regional broadcast networks), you acknowledge that:
- Each platform has unique standards for AI-generated content disclosure or synthetic media labelling. The user is exclusively responsible for complying with those policies.
- Any demonetization, content takedowns, channel suspension, or algorithmic de-prioritisation by third-party search and distribution platforms is the user's sole financial risk. Bol India offers no support or indemnification of any kind.
Dialect Accentuation, Hinglish & Translation Modulations
Bol India's main goal is to promote digital inclusion by providing speech synthesis solutions for underrepresented regional languages. However, our linguistic tools are characterized by severe natural technical limits:
- Semantic Discrepancies: Machine translation mechanisms often struggle to capture deep cultural nuances, idioms, local sarcasm, or regional metaphorical references. Translated transcripts may reflect factual errors or skewed interpretations.
- Dialect Accuracy: Pronunciation contours vary dramatically based on regions (e.g., Eastern Hindi vs. Western Hindi registers). The synthetic voices can only offer a best-effort generalized average of accents and may not satisfy strict linguistic or native-proficiency standards.
No Professional or Expert Advice (Safety Shield)
Synthesized voice outputs generated on the Platform do not under any circumstances constitute professional, legal, clinical, psychological, financial, academic, or governmental advice.
If you are utilizing our outputs for critical fields:
Caution on Critical Public Safety Announcements
Never rely on computerized voice generation tools for emergency public dissemination, real-time medical instructions, emergency weather warnings, hazardous situation alerts, or formal financial trading announcements. System lag, syllable misinterpretation, or incorrect accent modulations in computerized outputs could result in critical real-world misunderstandings.
Server Service Discretion & Synthesis Sustainability
Bol India is currently developed and maintained as a free, open-source community platform. As a result, we do not promise any guarantees of uptime, synthesis speeds, server capacity, API availability, or database longevity.
We explicitly state that:
- We can modify, change, adapt, pause, downgrade, or suspend our synthesis models, regional accents, character templates, or translation services at any moment without prior warning to users.
- Any history tracking, saved editor scripts, or downloaded voice caches hosted on browsers or servers can be cleared at any time during server updates. Users must save and backup all essential text materials locally.
