These Terms of Service represent a legally binding electronic agreement executed between you—the single individual creator, research institute, educational shala, or corporate enterprise (collectively referenced as the “User”)—and Bol India, alongside its parent open-source developers, contributors, and the AR Foundation collective (collectively referenced as “Bol India”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing, browsing, interacting with our translation pipelines, loading database presets, or rendering synthetic vocal models through `/pages/Editor/EditorPage` or any sub-hosted API portal, you confirm your absolute electronic assent to these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the strict liabilities, content distribution bans, or copyright boundaries listed here, you are forbidden from using our systems further.

To use this platform, you must be of legal age under local jurisdiction limits (majority threshold is 18 years of age in India) or operate under direct supervision of parents or state-registered educational tutors holding legal accountability over data-licensing regulations.

Bol India is engineered to facilitate regional content accessibility across Tier-2 and Tier-3 territories. Under these guidelines, we establish the following clear intellectual property principles:

Because we provide this licensing structure universally free of cost, you acknowledge that you cannot claim exclusive ownership over the generic voice profiles themselves. Other users may utilize identical presets to yield distinct narrations.

To preserve network bandwidth and ensure our servers remain responsive for small local journalists and rural tutors, we enforce strict, automated rate-limiting policies. The following technical abuses are explicitly forbidden:

• Deploying web scrapers, dynamic crawlers, selenium automation engines, or harvesting scripts to continuously ping our endpoint routes for massive unapproved audio mining.
• Evading state rate-limits by utilizing proxy rotates, distributed botnets, or script injection loops.
• Crafting automated payloads that inject malicious server scripts or attempt to crash our backend API environments.
• Overloading synthesis features beyond standard human speed limits (standard manual writing blocks and preset parameter exploration).

Any violation of standard technical safety limits can result in an immediate temporary or permanent IP ban, and severe cases of persistent API cracking will be reported to appropriate cyber security authorities.

We are deeply committed to protecting safety across regional dialects. Dynamic voice rendering tools are highly powerful, and we require all users to observe strict ethical boundaries:

If we receive a valid complaint showing that our voice assets were deployed for synthetic impersonation, we will immediately cooperate with cybercrime cells to identify IP footprints, and we reserve the right to ban offending users permanently.

Many of our users coordinate dynamic voice APIs for rural agricultural alerts (mandi prices) and local community updates. When utilizing our synthesis exports for telephony broadcasts, you must strictly comply with local telecom rules:

• You must respect national consumer protection laws and Do-Not-Disturb (DND) directories.
• Generating automated robocalls to spam citizens with unrequested commercial, high-pressure loans, or fraudulent lottery highlights is strictly illegal.
• You must implement a prominent, audible header or disclaimer identifying that the audio has been synthesized with artificial voice systems, ensuring citizens are fully aware.

Bol India is an open-source, community-driven platform curated by independent language developers. We distribute our synthesis modules, preset adjustments, translation scripts, and audio rendering systems entirely on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" model, without any expressed or implied warranties of any kind.

We explicitly disclaim any representations concerning:

• The absolute pronounciation accuracy of complex Sanskritized, Urdu, Marathi, or English loan terms in our voice outputs.
• The absolute system availability, uptime, server speed, or continuous operational availability of our backend synthesis containers.
• The suitability of the voice files to meet your subjective content metrics or quality standards.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall Bol India, its founding development team (Atul and Rajan Singh), or AR Foundation, be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this service.

This liability cap applies to:

• Any financial losses suffered because of video monetization de-listings, copyright challenges from third-party networks, or commercial ad rejections.
• Any cyber breaches, computer system failures, database loss, or on-device files corruption.
• Any legal challenges, regulatory fines, or criminal investigations stemming from the text inputs you submitted to generate audio files.

If you are a copyright holder, public celebrity, or legal representative, and you discover that a user of Bol India has generated voiceovers that infringe upon your registered copyrights, trademark identities, or likeness consent rights:

You can submit an official, verifiable takedown appeal directly to our Support Desk at aragency51@gmail.com. Under standard safe-harbor digital frameworks, upon receiving a valid, detailed ownership claim, we will explore logical measures to ban associated IP patterns or disable target preset presets immediately.

These Terms and any eventual compliance disputes shall be exclusively governed, analyzed, and solved in accordance with the laws of India (and the IT Act, 2000), without regards to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, we highly encourage a peaceful offline settlement. The User agrees to reach out directly to our support inbox and allow up to 45 business days to mutually debate and resolve any legal claim.

If a mutual resolution cannot be reached after 45 days, any resulting legal proceeding or formal litigation shall be strictly submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. Both parties agree to waive any right to participate in group class actions.
